By downloading, installing, or using SubAutomate ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms of service for in-app purchases.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We cannot process refunds directly.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by SubAutomate and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SubAutomate regarding the use of the App.
